Pattern on top tier was embossed from using a real lace pattern. Then it was cut and finished off with some piped stitching. Background is piped and scattered with handmade fondant pearls.
Bottom tier was decorated with layers of different sized folded round fondant pieces to give a ruffle effect (inspired by a dress).
